Seed potato production
In seed mode, the objective is different from commercial potato production: multiplication rate, planting quality and process repeatability matter more than maximum tuber size.
What the architecture contributes
- controlled soilless growing environment;
- separate above-ground and root/tuber regimes;
- repeated selective harvest while the plant continues its cycle;
- physiological and spectral monitoring;
- reduced manual intervention through robotics;
- integration with either a dedicated lab contour or the customer’s existing laboratory.
Seed production is one operating mode, not the whole product.
The same architecture can also continue growing supported tubers toward commercial specifications.
